Typical prescription range for Accuwave LASIK, with expected vision goals to achieve better than driving standards;


Short sight up to –6.00 D
Long sight up to +3.00 D
Astigmatism up to 2.50 D

Outcome analysis of patients at six months post op in the above prescription range treated at Phiroze Dastoor over the last 11 years indicate that no patients have been left with less than driving standards of vision, 95% of patients treated have achieved 20/20 (normal standards) and 26% have gained 1 or more lines of best corrected vision.
